Energy Efficiency: Our hotel is equipped with BMS (Building Management System). It’s a computer-based control system installed in buildings that controls and monitors the building’s mechanical and electrical equipment such as ventilation, lighting, power systems, fire systems, and security systems. All the areas by LED (energy efficient)
Waste Management: We actively practice waste separation and recycling to minimize landfill impact.
The hotel: raises its team’s awareness on disability in order to remove preconceived ideas and prejudices, on the same time provide as well access for wheelchairs.
Team Engagement: Our employees are actively involved in implementing and promoting green initiatives.
Room accessibility: The hotel ensures that selected rooms on lower floor are accessible for Guests with disabilities and in particular for those in wheelchair (height of objects: kettles, bathrobes, shower heads, avoid foot-pedal trash cans, etc.).
Reducing Single-Use Plastics: Guest rooms feature wooden keycards, and selected amenities are available upon request to minimize waste. Essential toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion are provided in refillable bottles.
Sustainable Transport: Our hotel offers ONiON electric tuk-tuks for guests to explore Phnom Penh’s iconic landmarks while reducing fuel emissions.
